The Tour Begins…
We start the tour at our kiosk inside the historic Steamship Terminal Building before a quick walk to our first stop, trendy Bar 500. Here we welcome you with an amuse bouche and an included glass of sparkling BC wine. After a lovely stroll along the inner harbour we arrive at our second location, the award-winning The Courtney Room inside the Magnolia Hotel. Chef Brian Tesolin will create a variety of appetizers using locally foraged and seasonal ingredients.
The Tour Continues…
The tour then strolls to Blanshard Street, a favorite foodie neighbourhood among the locals, for our main dish at L’Apero Wine & Cheese Bistro. Here we sample a traditional Alpine dish called Raclette. A half wheel of cheese is heated up and scraped on to your plate on a bed of potatoes, meats, and salad. A dinner and a show! A short walk later takes us to the breathtaking restaurant inside the famous Empress Hotel. We will end the tour with a decadent dessert from the stunning Q At The Empress Restaurant. The perfect way to end the evening.
