The Tour Begins…

We start the tour at the famous Chocolate Project where our guests will sample rare and hard-to-find chocolate bars as well as getting a lesson in how chocolate is harvested and made. We then make our way to La Taquisa for mole taco, an unexpected savory chocolate sample! The tour makes its way to Chocolat & Co, a collaboration between three chocolate businesses under one roof. Here we sample a decadent truffle and luxurious drinking chocolate made by David Booth, an award-winning chocolatier.

The Tour Continues…

We head inside the Bay Centre to stop at OSO for a mind-blowing chocolate donut before heading next door to Bon Macaron to sample some quirky chocolate macarons. The tour then heads to Rogers’ Chocolates, Canada’s oldest chocolatier. Here we sample a trio of chocolates including the famous Victoria Cream. The tour ends at the Off The Eaten Track tasting room to sample a Nanaimo Bar, one of Canada’s most famous desserts.
