The Tour Begins…
We start the tour at L’apero Wine & Cheese Bistro located on bustling Blanshard Street. We will sip on carefully curated wines paired with rare and decadent cheese at this fun and quirky French bistro. After a lovely stroll along Fort street we arrive at our second location, the award-winning Courtney Room inside the Magnolia Hotel. Chef Brian Tesolin will create a variety of appetizers using locally foraged and seasonal ingredients. This will be paired with a hand crafted cocktail from one of their expert mixologists.
The Tour Continues…
A short walk later takes us to the breathtaking restaurant inside the famous Empress Hotel. We will end the tour with a decadent dessert paired with their most famous cocktail – The Empress Gin & Tonic. The Empress Gin is distilled in Victoria exclusively for this historic Hotel and it features some local ingredients.
