Shuck Taylor’s is a shellfish lover’s dream come true—offering everything from raw oysters and caviar to hearty seafood boils and, most notably, its luxurious lobster roll. Owned by seafood veteran Jess Taylor of the Wandering Mollusk, the restaurant is as much about the experience as it is the fare: guests can watch oysters shucked fresh at the bar while sipping on a bottle of wine brought from home – corkage fee required!
Barb's Fish & Chips
Barb’s Fish & Chips is a Victoria institution that has been delighting locals and tourists alike since 1984. Nestled on floating docks in Fisherman’s Wharf, Barb’s delivers a classic West Coast seafood experience complete with stunning harbour views, picnic-table charm, and the chance to spot seals, seaplanes, and colourful float homes as you dine.
