The Tour Begins…
We’ll meet everyone inside our gift shop at the Steamship Terminal Building to check everyone in and hand out some awesome stickers!
First stop? Our partner the Royal BC Museum to hand out your tickets and to snack on some tasty tasty IMAX® Victoria popcorn. After a short walk along Government street we head to Pizza Garden for a slice of cheesy goodness – choose between classic cheese or pepperoni (no mushrooms or anchovies here!). Ever had Mexican bubblegum? Well now is your chance with a stop at the Olde Thyme Candy Shoppe to indulge in some unique candy. Don’t worry adults, we have some vintage candy for you to relive your childhood!
The Tour Continues…
Next, it’s on to OSO Bakery inside The Bay Centre for one of their gourmet doughnuts – some of the best in the city! Kids will sample their famous Birthday Cake donut and the adults can choose their flavor from their extensive menu.
No kid-friendly food tour would be complete without a little fun, so we’ll try a Korean corn dog from Smile Chicken – a unique twist on a North American classic. Finally, we’ll wrap up our adventure with a sweet finale at Bon Macaron, where you’ll sample some delightfully colorful and creative macaron cookies.
When the tour is over head to the Royal BC Museum with your day passes to explore the many kid-friendly exhibitions. Don’t forget to visit Woolly – our resident woolly mammoth exhibit!
