Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?

Tickets must be purchased in advanced as the tours can sell out. To maximize your chances of getting the day, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance. We do take some last minute bookings, please call us to see if we can squeeze you in!

We offer a full refund if tours are cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours. We unfortunately do not offer refunds for no-shows or cancellations made within the 24 hour period as your seat is being held on the tour. Unfortunatley due to the specific nature of the event we are unable to reschedule.
